Her qualifications include Certificate in Business Studies (Real Estate), Certificate IV - Small business management & Certificate 4 - Workplace & Assessment training. With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and actively involved in Real Estate Institute of Victoria as a past Committee Member & trainer, Clementina is excited by the endless opportunities and possibilities that the Real Estate industry places on her everyday.

NICOLE SARRE
Property Manager
Nicole joined our company in 2002 as our receptionist. Nicole successfully completed the Agent's Representative Course at the REIV & Certificate IV -Property Services. Her friendly personality shines through and her willingness to assist customers is paramount. Nicole's, work ethics are simply to fulfill her job role through genuine approach to her customer's needs.Nicole is an energetic team member at Clifford's.

Gwen joined our team at Clifford Real Estate Managers in 2003. Gwen has enjoyed a career in Real Estate for over 30 years in the local area and has immense knowledge of all facets of Real Estate which include Sales & Property Management.Through her Real Estate life, Gwen has had the pleasure of repeat business and numerous personal referrals by both Landlord's and Tenants.
